| Comment Qualities | Hi, we have recently opened a very small friendly trekking and trail riding centre in Sutherland and are looking for one or possibly two ponies from 12-14.2hh on loan, or possibly to buy later on. Age and looks are not important but the ponies need to be sound, steady, sensible and suitable for beginners, but also happy to have a good canter along the beach with more experienced riders! We are a very small centre and all our ponies are very well loved and cared for - and certainly never overworked (we only do a maximum of two rides a day). We are in a lovely area, with beaches, forests, hills and lochs all just a few minutes away, and our ponies seem to thoroughly enjoy their work so we must be doing something right!
